Single Membership
$25 discount for members who pay before opening day, Saturday 5/23
Price: $430.00 for one adult after 5/24
Pricing includes all pool maintenance fees; no extra fees!
Each child +$35; up to 3 (Membership cost $535 max for 3+ kids); children under 4 are free
Senior Membership 65+: $305

Price: $590.00 for two adults after 5/24

Senior Couple 65+: $465

Family Memberships

Price: Couple + $35 per child over the age of 3; children under 4 are free
2 adults + 1 child: $625
2 adults + 2 children: $660
2 adults + 3 or more children: $695
No charge above 3 children

Single parents can purchase a single membership plus # of children

Student Membership
$25 discount for members who pay before opening day, Saturday 5/23
$150 valid for ages 5-18
Each student must be sponsored by a current member.
All swimmers 12 and under must be accompanied by a member 15 years or older.

Additional Adults
$160 per additional adult in the same household
$75 per caregiver (grandparent, babysitter, etc)

Guest Passes
$5 per person cash or venmo at the gate with a member.
Day passes are available at $10 per person for specific events only (Aqua Zumba, Beat the Heat, etc).

Maintenance Fee
$50 fee to help with painting, repairs, powerwashing, and landscaping.
Maintenance fee is not applied if a member 15 years or older attends one 4 hour workday.

Bond or Certificate
$350.00
One-time fee due in your 2nd year of membership.

Bonds are refundable; Certificates are non-refundable.
Only $200 one-time fee for certificates. If you choose to purchase a certificate instead of a bond, it is non-refundable when you move away or choose to leave.

At the heart of FFC is a unique membership model: bonded membership. This means our pool is truly community-owned and community-powered. Purchasing a bond or certificate is required in your second year of membership. When you become a bonded member, you're not just joining a pool—you’re joining a circle of neighbors and friends committed to taking care of a shared space and each other.

Shared Responsibility – Every bonded member has a voice in shaping the future of the pool
Financial Stewardship – Your bond helps fund essential maintenance, repairs, and improvements so our pool stays safe, welcoming, and beautiful
Sustainable Community– When families move on, their bond is passed to new members—keeping the cycle of community going strong
This structure gives us stability, pride, and a deep sense of belonging. It’s how FFC continues to thrive, year after year.
